TRAINING OFFICER
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop training plans and training materials
- Adapt the training modules, when necessary, to local specificities
- Plan the training agenda following the strategy needs and priorities
- Measure and monitor key performance KPI in order to suggest and adapt training action plans
- Be proactive in proposing actions to improve service standards, selling skills and innovative training solutions
- Identifying the training needs and developing appropriate training plans
- Being able to use and suggest new formats, experience in e-learning and new tools, innovating the methodology and delivery.
- Coordinating the logistic and administration of all local training programs, ensuring the coordination
- Study of the competitor’s products
