Mobius by Umberto Asnago in the Palace of the Presidency of the Italian Republic.

Giorgetti is the protagonist at the Quirinale with the Mobius armchair by Umberto Asnago, taking part to the “Quirinale Contemporaneo” project: an initiative encouraged by the President of the Italian Republic, Sergio Mattarella, to celebrate Made in Italy beauty and show it with pride to the whole world.

Two primary materials for the Mobius series of armchairs and bergère: wood with its strength and leather with its softness. Contemporary stylistic research is applied to Giorgetti's high-end manufacturing. The wood of the base draws a continuous and sinuous ribbon. Like a tailored suit, the leather of the seat rests on the shaped structure and comes to life over time following the shape of the body.

On June 2nd, on the occasion of the Italian Republic Day, Mobius together with other important pieces conceived by Italian designers and artists and produced by local companies, became part of the collection of the Quirinale, the building that houses the Presidency of the Republic.
