LIFE AT | Best Managed Company for the third time

For the third time Giorgetti has won the "Deloitte Best Managed Award" (BMC) for 2021. The award was established by Deloitte Private with the support of Elite, a programme of Borsa Italiana that supports the development of high-potential companies, Confindustria and Altis-Università Cattolica.

Giorgetti has been awarded among the Italian excellences in terms of quality, aesthetic innovation and workmanship. Strengths that have always characterised this historic Italian design brand.

The assessment criteria on which the Award is based include six main areas: strategy, skills and innovation, commitment and corporate culture, governance and performance measurement, sustainability and internationalisation.

74 Italian companies have been awarded in 2021 after a scrupulous six-months-long assessment process. The winning companies were selected by a jury of professionals from the institutional and academic world.
At the 4th edition of the award, Lombardy is the most awarded region, with a good balance between small, medium and large companies. 46% of the winning companies have more than 250 employees, while the remaining 54% count with less than 250 employees. Some 29% come from the Industrial Products and Construction sector, while 26% deal with Consumer Products and 11% with Technology.
