LAZZERONI’S SCREEN AWARDED AT INTERIOR DESIGN’S BEST OF YEAR AWARDS
Interior Design’s Best of Year is the design industry’s premiere design awards program, honouring designers, architects and manufacturers from all over the world.
The winner of the 17th edition in the Accessories category is the Borealis screen, designed by Roberto Lazzeroni for Giorgetti.
Designed for 2022 Collection, Borealis is characterised by a seductive interplay of interwoven leather bands reminiscent of the pattern traced by the aurora borealis, from which the object takes its name.
With a strong decorative value, Borealis tells the story of Giorgetti’s craftsmanship and the values of Italian manufacture on which the company has built its centuries-old tradition, evident in the expertise in sewing and finishing the bands by hand.
