Giorgetti launches its first real estate project with a prestigious building located in the Upper Kirby district of Houston, Texas. Giorgetti Houston has seven floors including 32 prestigious apartments.
The uniqueness of the partners as well as their love for Giorgetti brand makes the difference in this cooperation. Giorgetti Houston came about thanks to a collaboration with Mirador, a Texas firm specialized in architecture and interior design, Sudhoff Company, a leader in property consultancy and sales, and Stolz&Partners, the developer of this incredible high-end residential development.
Giorgetti's signature materials, such as maple combined with metal, marble, leather and fabric, along with its unusual furniture shapes, were the inspiration for this project. The Origami cabinet was the inspiration for the external façade of the building. Giorgetti has developed customised furnishing solutions, from walk-in closets to kitchens designed for outdoor spaces.
An elegant hall with Giorgetti furnishings welcomes residents to the building creating understated and welcoming interiors, synonymous with Made in Italy design. The mood is also used in the choice of furnishings for the apartments, which, thanks to a clever mix of styles and high-quality craftsmanship, offers a dynamic, contemporary vision of living.

350 square meters apartment in Zamalek, an exclusive residential area in Cairo, Egypt. Full of natural light, the apartment mixes light-colored sumptuous marbles and rich herringbone wooden floorings. The living room is defined by the softness of the Urban sofa and the extreme comfort of the Denny armchairs, together with the soft line of the Round coffee table. The iconic Oli system and Tiche chairs elegantly furnish the dining room, while the refined Swing armchairs have been chosen for the lounge. (Photography Nour El Refai)
Two mirror villas in Morocco. The spaces are entirely Giorgetti and complete with custom products, such as the extended Mizar tables with double base together with the Elisa small armchairs for the dining rooms and the Kao beds with a lowered headboard for the bedrooms.
The "Moroccan style" living rooms house the Ago, Urban and Drive sofas.
The proposed products of the Open-Air collection elegantly furnish the pool area: from the Gea collection, to the Beak table, to the Loop chairs.
The rooms are completed by bespoke pieces and rugs, chandeliers, works of art and accessories which were specifically commissioned for this project.
