- Processing Methods
Any personal data you provide will be processed by the Data Controller exclusively by means of computer and electronic transmission.
- Purpose of Processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes in accordance with the provisions set out in the GDPR:
A) Preparation and fulfilment of requests for information received through this Website.
B) Preparation and fulfilment of requests for subscription to the newsletter received through this Website, subject to receipt of express, explicit and separate consent.

- Rights of the data subject

The contents of the website www.giorgetti.eu are protected by the laws currently in force on copyright and intellectual and industrial property. Total or partial reproduction, distribution or transmission of the material on the website is prohibited unless explicitly authorized by Giorgetti SpA.
All the trademarks, domain names and company names in the website are the exclusive property of Giorgetti SpA and are therefore protected by the current laws and regulations on distinctive signs. Their reproduction in any form or way without the explicit and prior authorization in writing by Giorgetti SpA is therefore strictly prohibited.
The pages in the website may contain trademarks, domain names, company names, firms and signs owned by third parties with which Giorgetti SpA collaborates in various capacities and which enjoy the same protection for the distinctive signs of Giorgetti SpA under current laws and regulations on copyright and intellectual and industrial property.
